If this happens the warranty is no longer valid, as it is not a factory problem. You will still be able to send it to us to assess the damage and/or if the unit can be repaired.
If the product is completely broken and does not work at all, we suggest that you claim from your home insurance. We will happily provide you with a letter stating that the unit can not be repaired.
If your unit still works fine after it fell or something small broke off that could be replaced, we could possibly repair it.
