When setting up your camera, please ensure the below.
- That your phone and camera are directly next to the router. Your camera might try to connect to another network when setting up.
- The connection you want to use is a 3G or 4G connection. This camera does not work with a 5G network.
- Your phone is connected to the same network (only necessary for set up)
