If I remove my BWW Portable Double Electric Breast Pump from the charger it switches off immediately, what’s wrong?

Confirm that the switch on the bottom of the pump is switched on, and that the pump has been charged.

If the problem continues please contact our customer service to assist you.

Do not use any other charger except the one which has been provided with your BWW Breast Pump.
