Why is the BWW Baby Food Processor & Steamer not cooking/steaming the food thoroughly enough?

1. Firstly, check that the water tank is not empty, or low on water.
2. Double check that the steam outlet is not blocked in any way.
3. Finally, ensure that the steaming basket does not contain too much food.
4. Always ensure the food is cut into pieces no bigger than 2,5 cm (1 inch) before placing it into the steaming basket.
