This may be caused by the batteries that are nearly depleted, the mesh that needs cleaning, or the mesh that needs replacing.
To find the problem, you can do the following:
- Clean the mesh and try the nebuliser again.
- Replace depleted batteries, or plug the unit into a USB charger/adapter, power bank, etc. and test the unit. For optimum performance, we recommend using the unit while plugged in, or using an external power bank.
- If the problem continues, please contact our customer service - you might need a new medicine cup.
Tip
Cleaning the medicine cup after every use will ensure that it does not get clogged from continues build up.
